Special Functions

Tentative booking: we will hold a tentative booking for a minimum of 7 days.

Confirmation and security deposit: is required to equal the amount of room hire within one week of making the booking.

Cancellations: Must be advised in writing. If the event is cancelled within 30days notice all deposits will be forfeited. Outside 30 days full refund applies.

Payment: final payment must be made 14 days prior to event.

Final numbers: to be confirmed within 7 days of the event.

Extra cost: cake cut and served on a platter $2 per person.
