Oyster Menu

Our menu is all about freshly shucked Sydney Rock Oysters and features produce from our own family lease in the Tweed River, 'Birds Bay Oyster Farm'. Conditions for harvesting have to spot on though, and for that very reason the industry is very heavily regulated. From time to time, we will also source quality live oysters from other coastal estuaries in New South Wales. Sometimes we may highlight a different region such as 'Wallis Bay' or a variety such as the 'Pacifics'.
